About as much as a good cup of coffee per user per day.

The cost varies depending on the number of office and mobile users, and whether you want to integrate SmartTrade with an accounting package such as MYOB or QuickBooks.  If you are interested in SmartTrade, we will email you a proposal detailing the costs.

SmartTrade is licensed on an annual basis. In addition to the right to use the software, licences cover:

  • Unlimited remote support over the phone or via the internet.
  • Upgrades (we release a new version of SmartTrade about once a year on average).
  • Installation of upgrades.

There will be some one-off costs for training (we don't sell SmartTrade unless the customer agrees to a training package) and the initial installation if it exceeds one hour (the first hour is free).

Training and other services such as customising reports are charged on a per hour basis.
